Coming late to this OP but any nation that has the power to remove its chief executive, and did not remove Geo. W. Bush, should never, ever consider it again. You can say whatever you want about Obama and Clinton, Bush II (maybe even Bush I for Iran Contra) was a fucking felon in the white house...period.
