Hello I'm Cid I just signed up here and wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to this and am very curious about the s&m lifestyle. I have not ever practiced anything like this with a partner but have begun looking for one. I'm 28 years old 5'8" 250 lbs and currently living in Connecticut but i will be moving to Kentucky at the end of March, just wanted to say hello and try to meet new and interesting people that are also into s&M.

Thanks for the welcomes, i guess i should add I'm looking for a dominate woman in the cincinnatti area to meet and get to know that will teach me about how to be a good sub as well as a good dom and who is willing to be sub as well as dom but I am wiling to pla the sub role for a while in the begining since I am completely inexperienced.

Hello Cid, welcome to the discussion side of CM. When you get to KY, look for a local BDSM group. Start with a munch (A BDSM meet and greet and general social occasion). I know Louisville has a not huge but active group.

Hi Cid, welcome to the forums. I'm going to suggest that you get some reading in before you move. S&M is sado-masochism which can be part of a D/s relationship or can be engaged in with absolutely no D/s what so ever.

Thanks for the advice, can you tell im new to this?? Once I get out there im def gonna start reading up on it and try to find a group of some kind or really anything that will help me out, as to the s&m/ D/s i was just using it as a general term but thats prob not exactly correct but thanks for the correction. I'm tryin to learn as much as I can

Welcome Cid! Don't worry about labels or terms just yet. Just figure out what you enjoy or are curious about experiencing & look for compatible partners! You never know who or what you'll wind up calling yourself!!!!
