Hello. About 3 months ago I was unable to see any of the members photos. I have not been able to figure out what happened or how to fix it. Does anyone have any advice? I also could not find a way to contact the managers of collarme.com to ask them. Thanks.

Go to your home page. Scroll all the way down to the bottom. Click on support.

What browser are you using? Computer or phone? Are you home or someplace like a library where netnanny or similar is installed? Have you used a utility such as CCleaner recently? (There's a free version - don't get upsold) http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner Clean and reboot.
