I have done small gear humiliation a lot and the funny thing is it rarely has jack to do with how the man is actually built. At one time I did some work with a man whose penis was 11 inches long and all he wanted me to do was tell him how small it was. In the end I had to (litterally) beat it out of him that the only reason he thought his was small was because his fathers was bigger and his whole life he had listened to his dad brag about how no one was as big as he was. So over the years I have formed the opinion that though often women get told it is our fault as a gender that men feel the way they do it is really something they have done to themselves. Or at the very least to each other.
For what it's worth, this has been my impression as well - that penis size is mostly a male preoccupation. If we were better, generally speaking, at listening to women we'd be less concerned about the whole issue.
