Any reasonable expert could have explained why the President's BC has layers in the file. It's because it was scanned. His "expert" claims the layers are de facto proof that the file is a forgery.

Fact Check Search Results As far as this Romney nonsense, this crap about who is or is not qualified to be president has really gotten out of hand. Romney is not qualified to be president on the grounds he is a moron.
