It requires you to have a relationship with the woman first. It means behaving in ways that please her. Letting her define the terms of her sexuality & in turn yours (or lack there of). It does not necessarily include you participating in any way... be it watching, fluffing, or cleaning her up afterward. In fact a cuck relationship can mean you are completely chaste... and she has sex with other men when she wants to on her terms. It might mean she comes home and tells you about it, calls you while its happening, or has you buy her nice new lingerie which she'll wear out with 'him'.
