I did not answer the poll because your question does not state what he is guilty of or not that we are to decide on. We know what he did but you are not stating what you want him convicted of.

You are right
But THATS THE WHOLE ISSUE.
Should laws say they only hear one party?
I say LOUD AND CLEAR NOW FOR YOU.

I SAY HE IS GUILTY OF INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER.

Now you can vote.

yes or no

Wearing a hoody gets you an asbo, not a conviction over here...

I must remember that. I have three hoodies and enjoy wearing them because they're jolly comfy.

However, in my defence, I broke all my gangsta connections with the 'Bath Tea and Bun Shop Posse' many years ago.

Yeah, that cleared a lot up.

*edit to add* Still didn't vote. In my opinion we do not have enough information on the case to set a judgement...yet.

You are welcome Miss IP
I did it on purpose I admit.
Not being clear and giving room to judge.
We all do that.
Difference is.
I admit.

We do not all do that. Some of us are capable of knowing if we have information or not.

I hate carrying a purse and women often have small to no pockets in clothing(it's sexist I swear!), so I often wear a hoodie as a convenient place for keys and such.

I be guilty!

I remember seeing a colombian gang in Amsterdam
20 years ago.
All the same hoodies.
Like frank
Sinatra.
Hoed = hood
In Dutch.
I slided to my left they were on the right.
No one thought I was a threat.
Think outside the box.
Policeman has to identify himself or her.
PERIOD.
SYG
I do mine
mind you.

This.

And OP, you are coming across as a babbling idiot that's imbibed too much of something possibly not legal here in the US of A.

Dont dare votin in a jury?
Thought that was the american way.

The American way is to have the trial first, then the vote. We're sticklers for that trial thing.

Oh for christsake, unbunch your panties. If you cannot see how ridiculous your OP, and a few thereafter, are......then you need to repeat your words above........to a mirror.

I did not call anyone any names. I stated that you were coming across as something. If you do not understand the difference then again......repeat the second half of your first sentence above to a mirror.
