Just a open format around aroma's and how /why they are such a turn on. I think smell is such a neglected subject matter on here. For me the most interesting "smell" is the top of Carol's head. I put the quotes around "smell" because honestly it doesn't smell like anything at all -- at least nothing that I can identify. Yet all the same, every time I bury my nose in her hair and inhale deeply it smells like love. I keep wondering about pheromones.

FR~ Clean skin. Just the normal smell of skin freshly scrubbed with soap (no perfumes) makes me feel good. I normally can't tolerate strong smells, I end up with a sneezing fit. Homey/comforting smells also include fresh cut grass, and something baking with cinnamon.

I like the smell of clean fresh skin. I enjoy cologne on skin as well. I love love love fresh flowers. They smell sooooo good.

We just had a discussion on this over on Bondage.com. Here's my list: Garlic sauteing in olive oil. Coffee. Gardenias Lavender Honey vanilla chamomile tea Popcorn A fireplace. Steaks on the grill. The ocean. New car scent. Leather Wood cuttings. (And the carpenter cutting it.)

My Master smells amazing to me. Exciting and comforting all at the same time. When he's been sweating from exercise or heavy physical work the smell intensifies and it's even better. I love it. Also, burning wood, campfire smell. I love how it sticks to clothing and smells so smoky, it's awesome.

FR Fresh pussy in clean cotton panties was a favorite, a preference of Elvis's. But the panties had to be white. So it was perhaps more of a visual thing for him. As far as smells that amp things up for me. Soap and water. The ocean, salt spray on bare skin. Outdoorsy, fresh air, campfire, horsey, rain. His basic scent. I do think scent plays a part in sexual attraction even when we aren't conscious of it. If the scent puts you off so most likely will the rest of the person.

I like a few mens colognes, nothing heavy, just a light touch.. I like other smells too.. I really like the smell of tomato plants and also pot plants.. I dont know why but i do.. both of them smell similar to me.. btw, i have never smoked pot, not ever, not even when i was a kid, but that doesnt mean i dont like the smell of it.. When i was 20, a co-worker came in from a coffee break smelling of pot, freshly smoked.. for some strange reason, the smell of that instantly turned me on, and not just a little.. I couldnt help myself,.. I kissed him, then i took him home and we had hot sex all night long.. So the smell of pot can be quite the aphrodisiac for me.. [:)] some smells are a major turn off.. cigs and cigars, the smell of stale booze.. not recently washed men.. bad breath, etc
