That would explain why he was chasing after a healthy, trim young boy, wouldn't it? And given his domestic violence record against woman, it's not exactly unheard of. And Trayvon Martin would be totally justified in any response to Zimmerman's advances.

Given the rampant speculation, isn't it proper to speculate a hypothetical situation where Martin would have ANY SORT OF MOTIVE for the alleged attack on Zimmerman. And you cannot dispute that Martin would have a clear right of defense in the case where Zimmerman was a degenerate pervert soliciting sex from young black men. You know, If only Zimmerman could explain to a Judge why he should dismiss the manslaughter charge which is uncontested, then we could all move forward from this.

People using it "too much" offends you? You act like my posts cost you money or something. Give it a rest. You want this to stop, get Zimmerman to explain to a Judge why he killed Trayvon Martin.

Well, to be fair, when I point out that the facts for a Manslaughter are established, that's fact. Not speculation. You need TWO conditions for a manslaughter indictment. Trayvon Martin is dead (fact) George Zimmerman killed him (fact) Florida's manslaughter law is straightforward that way. Any defenses to it are raised in pretrial motions, and a Judge rules on them.

Well, that's great for you. The rest of us just want due process, and Zimmerman to explain to a Judge why Trayvon Martin is dead. That way the Judge can rule on a self-defense motion, preserving the SEPARATION OF POWERS between the investigative, and judicial roles. We don't want cops making official rulings on law, given that's not their job, do we?
