Did you ever apply icyhot (or tooth paste) on the penus as part of BDSM play? What are the risks. My understanding is a person should avoid having icyhot reach inside the urethral. Your thoughts and I would appreciate identifying the source (book, website, if you have one)

don't have a penis so have no idea. I've had toothpaste used on the nether regions. I felt nothing at all. He's also used icy hot. I didn't feel anything at first and then it started to really really burn to the point he had to stop so I could wash it off. I also have very sensitive skin though so it could have simply been an interaction with my skin type.

Try it. If it hurts, wash it off.

Doesn't IcyHot say right on the label, "for external use only?"  Seems to me that would be your answer.

I don't know any men, personally, who have shoved icy hot or toothpaste into their penis - but I'm sure it has been done. Men! If they aren't shoving their penis into something, their shoving something into their penis. It is amazing they find time to do anything else.

It's amazing that their penises function as meant to with them shoving shit in it all the time.

I mean really, if he put it ON his penis and it was too uncomfortable or painful to deal with, he could attempt to wash it off.  Inside?  Not so much.

FR~

Anything that can be ingested (toothpaste) without harm, is generally okay, but could prove to cause embarassing irritations or infections if allowed into the urethra (Nothing is MEANT to go in there). Also keep in mind whatever goes on your dick, may end up inside some other orifice, so always be mindful of someone elses sensitive spots too.

Instead of icy hot, try icy DROPS, meant as a breath freshener, they might be strong enough to make you tingle.

Keep in mind anything consumable probably also has sugar, and sugars in the wrong places promote infections if not cleaned well.

I imagine there are probably some safe lubes that will bring about the desired effect, you might just have to spend a bit more on them.

I haven't had it go in, but on never seemed so bad to me. I suspect I'm highly resistant to icyhot/bengay/etc though.

I third the ideas of things are not meant to go in there. Men (and women) in hospitals can have cathetars inserted under completely aseptic technique and are still at risk of infections.

Why would putting someone for muscle aches or teeth cleaning be a good idea? Outside, sure, enjoy. Inside? Not so much.

Try using a needle to scratch around your goody bits(doesn't need to draw blood, just leave the skin irritated) than apply some solarcaine... its a real fun burning sensation, followed by cool... followed by tingly...followed by happy happy fun time.
