See, that's the problem. I don't understand why anyone would need to present to a Grand Jury in the first place.

And if you read Florida's CRIMINAL PROCEDURE LAW, once an officer has the completed charges ( and the manslaughter charge is uncontested. Martin is dead and Zimmerman did it. That's the entire requirement. ), they formally arrest the guy sitting in the interview room, and type everything up, submit it to the COURT CLERK, who then passes it on to the D.A.'s office for prosecution while the accused sits in jail awaiting arraignment WHERE their defense can move to dismiss.

So, since your complaint is in fact founded upon your deep and profound ignorance of Florida Criminal Procedure Law, you may now retract your claim and apologize.

Since you're a moron, I'll make it simple for you.

Direct quote from you. Direct response from me directly referencing your words.

I'm not complaining. Those are your fucking words, you incredible douche.

To which I replied,
quote:

So there's no need for a jury....they can just ask you.

The point isn't Florida law. The point is that you are an idiot.

I may be an idiot, but I'm an idiot whose statements are 100% supported by florida law. You are INCORRECT in your belief that my statement is not in compliance with Criminal Procedure Law.

You should RANDOMLY CAPITALIZE more words when you POST. It INCREASES their power TEN-FOLD over non-capitalized WORDS.

I understand your confusion. It's a convention derived from comic books where there's almost no plain bold in comics dialogue. Typically, bold/italic is used when emphasis is placed on a word. If it helps, imagine dialog balloons around my posts.

Moonhead -> RE: Prosecutor: Sanford police sought to charge Zimmerman (3/29/2012 4:50:46 AM)

There's plenty of bold text in comics, where the dialogue is (as a rule) ALL WRITTEN IN CAPS THEN BOLDED FOR EMPHASIS...

farglebargle -> RE: Prosecutor: Sanford police sought to charge Zimmerman (3/29/2012 5:07:23 AM)

Well, that lettering is all small caps, but that's the general idea.

Moonhead -> RE: Prosecutor: Sanford police sought to charge Zimmerman (3/29/2012 5:12:01 AM)

So why the hell did you say that you were using caps for emphasis because that's a comics convention when the convention in most American comics that aren't by art spiegelmann is to write all dialogue in caps and then bold stray words to emphasise them?

farglebargle -> RE: Prosecutor: Sanford police sought to charge Zimmerman (3/29/2012 8:25:55 AM)

Best answer is, it was late at night and I fucked up?

Moonhead -> RE: Prosecutor: Sanford police sought to charge Zimmerman (3/29/2012 8:32:47 AM)

Fair enough.

I think it's more likely a typographical strain of tourettes. Besides, comic books are amusing. It sullies their very existence to compare anything about them to your behavior.

farglebargle -> RE: Prosecutor: Sanford police sought to charge Zimmerman (3/29/2012 11:29:39 AM)

You OBVIOUSLY haven't been reading any of DC's "The New 52" "reboot" or Marvel's "Schism" storylines...

You are still an idiot. I haven't said a word about "Criminal Procedure Law."

I commented on you deciding whether they needed a grand jury to decide.

Read the posts, instead of listening to the voices in your head.

Or at least whine that the VOICES are INCORRECT in their BELIEF and leave me out of your imaginings.

They don't need a grand jury to decide. That's a fact. Read all about it in Florida's Criminal Procedure Law.

Your ignorance is not my problem.

Funny, that's what I was wondering. You're the dude who came out swinging.

Maybe next time, just take half a hit.

farglebargle -> RE: Prosecutor: Sanford police sought to charge Zimmerman (3/29/2012 3:59:22 PM)

Again, show that my assertion that you don't need a grand jury to charge to be incorrect.

Again, show me where I asserted that.

Are you mentally competent? I've even directly quoted your comment, my response, repeated the explanation, given you a play by play and yet STILL.........

YOU INSIST WE'RE HAVING A CONVERSATION WE AREN'T HAVING AND NEVER HAVE HAD EXCEPT IN YOUR NUTTY HEAD.
