It is just a fetish. We all have them. If your fetish is a belt you want to wear it all of the time. A good Dominant would then hold it over their head and would be rewarded with chastity instead of it being a punishment.
There was a guy a year or two ago in one of the groups who died with his belt on. I believe it even made national news. Coroners are'nt used to sites like that.

i have worn a chastity device for at least 16 hours of the day and i have never smelled like sour milk.

As stated previously 24/7 chastity is where a chastity device is worn continuously. That is the sub wears the device until the Dominant decides to allow its removal.

For hygiene purposes the device may be removed periodically for cleaning, normally while the sub is restrained or supervised, so that the device can be replaced easily.

If properly sized then cumming will not be an option. However, if worn for long enough then a "wet dream" will occur while wearing the device. Additionally the Dominant may decide to "milk" you by massaging your prostate by probing your anus. This will squeeze out ejeculate while you remain limp.
