Hey there! I'm posting this for a friend since she doesn't have time to frequent such forums like I do. But she's an amazing artist and very creative. She even takes custom orders and can make the flowers or bows into hair accessories or jewelry or even pins. Arsenyk Apparel If you're on facebook I suggest you take a peek at what she does and give her a "like"! She will ship anywhere in the world and has her shipping prices listed. Looking at her page it shows that to Canada it's $1.50, to the States it's $2.50 and everywhere else it's $5.00.
