Two windows, whether in the same room or not (best, if you're attempting to do the entire dwelling, to pick the two most farthest/opposing windows)....fans....one blowing out.....the other blowing in.

Depending on the size of the dwelling (and fans), 1 - 4 days for a full cycle (and de-stinkifying).

(I'm here M-F, 8 - 7 Pacific).

Tip your waitress on the way out.
