Anti-Family-Planning == Woman's Slavery

The Senate's changes forced into the bill an exemption for "medically futile" pregnancies, giving doctors the option to perform an abortion past 20 weeks when a fetus has congenital or chromosomal defects.

Since 88% of abortions occur in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, and amniocentesis is done between the 15th and 18th week of pregnancy, I imagine the vast majority of abortions done after 20 weeks are due to birth defects anyway.

Nice going with this Georgia:

quote:

No exemption is made for rape or incest.

Without rape or incest, where's the next generation of Georgia lawmakers supposed to come from?

Well. Let's make sure what we are talking about here. We are talking about later term abortions only, those that will cause great pain to the fetus. The bill puts more restrictions on chopping almost whole babies up and sucking them out of the womb. Thus it is termed the "fetus pain" bill. (On the no rape exemption) the thinking here is if the woman was raped the she must be responsible enough to have the abortion before she is late term.

This is a good thing, not a bad thing. It enforces personal responsibility, does not prevent abortions prior to later term and it prevents an almost whole baby from being painfully killed. I like the law. What about this did you not like again?

Why? Are women so helpless they may not do family planning and are therefore enslaved by their sick bastard Republican slave masters? I don't know. But I certainly know who does...I'll check with my tree hugger slave woman on that...she voted for Obama...hold on...wait for it...tam ('tammystarm', ain't she pretty?) says respectfully that while I am a sick bastard Republican, that fact really does not impact her ability to exercise personal responsibility and that is not why she is a "slave", instead she says she is enslaved not by a lack of family planning but by a focus on family and she loves it.

P.S. Guess this means you should apologize to Georgia. If you are a man.

P.S.S. It occurs to me that Georgia is a pretty good size state so you best get off line and get cracking.

P.S.S.S. Being a sick bastard Republican who has a beautiful young tree hugger slave woman is an unusually satisfying kink. No brag. Just fact.

Just to save ya embarrassment in the future, yanno?

Is that an attainable goal?

Don't forget INCEST and that she might be underage and in denial, FFS.

If she's been raped by her parents does she need her parents permission there?

Moonhead -> RE: State of Georgia Embraaces Slavery! (3/30/2012 3:04:04 PM)

I suspect they'd be bloody unlikely to give it, if so.

11-year-old gives birth in southern Mexico after being denied abortion despite rape

An eleven-year old Mayan girl gave birth in southern Mexico on Thursday, two weeks earlier than expected. The girl was denied an abortion despite that she was raped by her stepfather when she was 10 years old, the Diario Yucatan newspaper reported.

...After knowing she was pregnant, Paulina and relatives began legal procedures to have an abortion. The state of Baja California accepted the request but the hospital denied performing the medical procedure.
