As Ms. Eden pointed out in another thread there may well be
more issues to keeping a girl in a chasity device long term
than a boy. I am about to embark on that path with a slavegirl now
and would like to hear from any girls that have been belted, or
any Dom(me) that has had expierence in keeping a girl belted long term.

I already know that her period will offer a challange, but I think that with
proper construction of the device, I am building it, she should get proper
drainage and be able to maintain hygien by use of a hand held shower
head and maybe doing baths instead of showers. I have read on
http://www.tpe.com/~altarboy/ that this is what one girl did.

I know that the alternative is to allow her to remove it for supervised bathing.

So folks what problems of keeping a girl belted for weeks at a time am I missing?

Ok, I don't have personal experience with a belt, and never will for the following reason-

I've found that a lot of women, myself included, are -highly- prone to UTI's (urinary tract infections) and yeast infections when something that doesn't breathe is closed over the vagina. This includes, but isn't limited to, satin/vinyl/polyester underwear, and very tight pants made of non-natural materials. I can imagine that wearing a belt would be even worse, as there would be even less breathablity than in syntetic underwear.

Too, the onset of these conditions is exaserbated by the inablity to properly rinse my bits daily. I don't know the mechanics of the belt you're looking at, but the ones I have seen dont seem to allow for effective washing of the areas in question. (Though this might be solved by better belt design)

So, if you know your girl isn't prone to UTI's or yeast infections, it might not be an issue. However, you might find that wearing a belt causes such problems. Again, I wouldn't know, as I will not ever wear a belt because I would go insane if I had a never ending UTI.

The only successful chastity enforcement for ladies that I've heard of (please keep in mind this is not an area into which I have done any real research, so this may well be hearsay) that does not pose a severe potential health risk, involves multiple labial piercings and either threading the rings or actually wiring the piercing holes themselves together. The next best option, as I understand it, is chainmail, which still needs to be cleaned on a regular basis (as in several times a day) and can be very uncomfortable over the long term.

However, since, as I said, I have little knowledge in this area save some anecdotes from a few female slaves of my acquaintance from back when I was an active member of the local community, I think I shall sit back, wait for the happy local thread jerker to offer up some helpful links, and listen to everyone else's advice and information. Even if it's not something I can personally use, I still know people who might find anything on these boards helpful one of these days. (I love being a informational packrat)

Thanks for the input. She is not prone to either yeast or UTI problems, and the belt is
going to be designed and built by me. I suspect that I have come up with a way of
doing it that will allow for plenty of air circulation as well as the ability to rinse well.

If anyone else has any input on this subject I would like to hear it. I am still in the
design phase of the CB project. I want to fabricate and do initial fitting this weekend.

I have to admit I know little about female chastity devices either. And it could just be me,,,, but if the device allows enough space to *really* be able to clean yourself (a woman has a lot more fold, nooks and crannies to clean) would allow enough space for either fingers or a hard stream of water to make the device moot to some extent.

I am working on a variation of a chain mail device that will be
less labor intensive to make. While I suspect she could get off
with a shower massager I would think that almost any device
would allow this girl to get off with a vibrator or even a speaker
playing a heavy bass rythym. The girl in question can orgasm
from sitting too close to speakers that are turned up loud. She
is very sensitive. The biggest idea here is to deny penetration
because while she can even orgasm from just nipple stimulation
she says it is not as satisfying as when she is penetrated.

She says?????... have you tried?... What Contact do you have with this girl. Takeing control of someones sexuality means you have to assume responsibilty for it. I'm a firm believe that chasity devices and BDSM in general are meant to enhance one sexuality and relationship not stiffle it. What is your goal here?
