Consider this. Since it appears that the voice on the tape is Trayvon Martin, that means the scenario is:

Trayvon Martin screaming for help,

Trayvon Martin screaming "no, no"

Trayvon Martin being shot to death.

That sounds like an execution, and an argument for the death-penalty phase of the trial.
