In Korea, the women wear very frou frou girly clothes. They always seem to have ruffles and ribbons over their chests. Not a bit of cleavage showing. Generally they don't actually have a lot anyway, so perhaps it is a moot point. They do however wear the shortest skirts I've ever seen. They carry little hankies around to put on their laps when they sit down. Truth is they have amazing legs - all that running in high heels should be good for something after all. Anyway, they never seem to show cleavage (perhaps some hallyu stars do, but that's not the "people"). So, I have ... let's call them... not-beautiful legs. But oh the cleavage! I am always wearing deep cut or tight blouses here. They are shocked. I figure if they dress in what looks like hooker clothing to me, I can show off my lovely girls. Here's a cartoon about it.
