Status: offline 		Feet can be really hot from a low bitch perspective like it's a sub's place. But the pictures on profiles? I notice it most on financial domme profiles, which suggests they just figure a lot of people have that fetish (true) and they are using it. Whatever.

It's weird though, it's a really hot fetish, but when you see it on profiles, it really does just seem off.

Agreed, on both counts.

It seems to be one of those things that border on culturally universal symbolism. At least one Chinese dynasty had prostration and feet as a part of the whole submission to authority thing (in regard to beurocrats, that is). Catholics still have it. I'm fond of feet for their aesthetics as well, but the symbolic aspect is hotter.

And it seems to be one of those things that are as poorly done in profile pics as cockshots tend to be. Perhaps for the same reason it tends to be very poorly done in porn: the people making it don't have any appreciation for it beyond the money it can bring.

As a sidebar, for the male enthusiasts that also have an affection for what a bit of dexterity can add to the foot game, the people at Hot Legs & Feet aren't half bad for a commercially run site. Either that, or I just don't spend enough time surfing porn to have a good idea of what's out there. Believe it or not, that was my first exposure to oral footjobs. One would think such a simple idea should've occured to me right away, given Ars' dexterity, but no.

Eep. I was thinking about putting a picture of my feet on there just so people know what they're getting. People are into different kinds of feet and I would hate for someone to show up, remove my socks and be like Nah, not my type. Haha.
