Jessica,
I have just come out of a relationship that was long distance. Pup being 2 hours away. I will never get involved again with someone who is more than an half hour away from me (That isnt the reason for the split, but contributed to it). The pain is too much. The craziness of Dom drop, not to mention sub drop is rediculous. It may be helpful for you to know that what you are feeling is normal and it isnt just confined to submissives. I thought I was losing my mind at times before I posted for advice here and got some wonderful suggestions. I have no other suggestions, other than what you have already read here, but I just wanted you to know, you are not alone in how you feel. Good luck to you.

It might not technically be a LDR, but the same methods of coping will work for you.  It's the same drop, the same loneliness.

The good news is that because it's NOT really a LDR, it won't take as long until you can see eachother again and you won't have to make such long term coping plans.
