Just fyi, in regular astrology, there are no signs that are completely incompatible with each other. That's not how it works. It is simply that different signs will have different dynamics, and some relationships, depending on how they are structured, will be more challenging than others. Ultimately, astrology is about personal charts, and so even within signs there can be variation.
But in my life in general, for all of my relationships, not just romantic (i.e., boss, employee, mother, father, siblings, friends, etc. etc. etc.), astrology has been a very powerful force for me in determining why certain people are the way they are, and how my sign interacts with their sign has provided me with tremendous insight into how to better manage those relationships. I would say 90% of the people I know behave pretty much as their sign would predict, and using astrology has helped me deal with a lot of different types of people to maximize the relationship (again, I'm not speaking of only romantic relationships, but of human interpersonal relationships in general.)
For those of you who don't believe in it, or who don't find it useful - fine, don't use it. But I wouldn't dismiss it for anyone who has, in fact, found it helpful. I have introduced so many of my friends (male and female) to this as well, and for many it has helped hugely with dealing with parents, children, other friends, etc. I wouldn't discuss it if it hasn't provided insights for people.
I don't follow things like daily charts and readings, but the interpersonal relationship aspect of astrology has truly been extremely helpful to me.
