In 2014, the "penalty" is...$95. If you can't afford it, assistance is available, including complete assistance under income guidelines. Medicaid/medicare will also be easier to qualify for, and the exchanges will be required to help people understand their options and sign up for them.

Hey, wonder what something like that pic would look like for George H.W. PorkRinds, the original Anti-Broccoli President?

On second thought, never mind. Just the simple notion of that was scary enough, even before I could visualize it.

Are they aware that even after harvesting the head, broccoli continues to produce tasty shoots, even past frosts?

It's a hydra!

Broccoli sprouts are three- to four-day-old broccoli plants that look like alfalfa sprouts, but taste like radishes. The radish flavor comes from a phytochemical that may act as protection against vectors (see also radical or free-radical theory) while the broccoli plant is still young.[1] This phytochemical not only benefits the young plant, but also when eaten by humans, may act as an antioxidant to stimulate the ability of cells to protect against disease.

Hey! I love broccoli, and now you will have me thinking of eating hair when I eat it. I cry foul!
The only time I eat hair is when a lovely lady opens her legs... OK, never mind, I like broccoli again...

No, those are alfalfa sprouts, not broccoli shoots.

Now you're going to have me thinking of eating broccoli when I'm eating pussy...

I fail to see the problem...

... they're both good for you. [:D]

Health,
al-Aswad.

ETA: If he manages to push his reforms, Obama will owe immortality to his opponents, as history will record Obamacare as the greatest thing since sliced bread over there.

Excellent point, Aswad!

I nominate this for Sunny's Quote of the Day!
