my current avitar and then the second pic, but in the second one i'd have her cut the bangs shorter than that, remember i hate bangs in my eyes lol.

Both frame your face in a way that emphasizes the roundness, I would stay away from those.

Well I reached the end of the virtual haircut places taller Lol. 50 haircuts and none of them looked good on me Lol.

That is too much of a blunt cut. You need layers to frame your face. Another thing I would suggest, and please I am not being critical but it's become more obvious with the shorter haircuts you've been placing on your photos........ a less heavy brow might open up your eyes and make them a positive focus along with the shorter hair.

i get my eyebrows waxed every now an then but usually don't bother with it. There's a local place that's offering a 10 dollar special for eyebrow's lips and chin, when it's normally 15 for eyes, 15 for lips and 10 for chin, i have a massage voucher, i may go get them done b4 massage. All though every time i do get them waxed i break out with bumps and my face hurts for weeks an weeks, that take 4 ever to go away/. so i was thinking i'd try threading instead.
