I was reading a new thread and tried to Reply or Quote to the OP and kept getting error messages about function disabled or insufficient permission. I logged out and back in and now the thread is gone. There was a obvious TOS breach in the OP. Does this mean the Mods pulled the thread?

You'll get this error message if the mods are in the middle of doing something to it. If you think it's been moved, look for it here in Off Topic or Polls & RS.

But since you say there was an obvious TOS violation, it was probably pulled, never to return.
