I'd say it's an excellent idea. Too many news wonks don't pay attention to what they're doing and would get in the way. It will also keep the way clear for others who have to bring people in to be booked.

Just because they are putting up the barricades doesn't mean that they're bringing in someone important. It just means that they can't trust the media to stay the heck out of the way.

That is true. But, it could mean they are bringing someone important in.

It could mean they are going to paint the parking lot, it could mean alot of things.  But; it probably means what most think it means.

Maybe since it is such a lovely time of year, the jail has decided to do without cars for a while, and that is so folks can lock up their bikes???
