This is better than the original.
I do try things out on Myself, but I know I don't react the way a masochist reacts. I know I don't react the same way that taking pain for someone because of their devotion reacts. Just from the things that I've done to Myself, I know I have different types of tolerance depending on the stimuli. For example, I've shocked Myself often enough with the wand that I can do better with that than other kinds of things. The closest I can get is the 'idea' of what different kinds of pain feels like to Me. Anymore than that, I'd be fooling Myself.
