Evening, pinkee. Dumbass that I am, I botched his name. It's Barack Obama. He's considered by many as one of the bright young lions of the Democratic party. Here's a link to his profile.

Barack Obama.
Now he I would looooooove to see in the white house IF I weren't afraid he'd be killed in not time flat.
As for who should be the next president, I almost don't care;  I'm holding my breath and counting down to the next one, as I know he won't be any worse than current dufus in la maison blanche.

You're no dumbass level...
I am wondering how pinkie, a lawyer, who worked with elections, missed Obama and the hype that followed after he spoke at the last democratic convention.   The man was on fire, my skin shivered when I heard him speak, before even looking up at the TV to see who it was.   M

Colin Powell won't run.  I'd vote for Condie.

I do think that Barack Obama will run.. probably not this next one though.. he needs a bit more time and some experience under his belt..but I totally look for him to run in 2012.. he might dip his foot in for 2008.. but just to test the waters a bit.

This is for sure someone I would consider voting for... I do think he could be the one to make the demoratic party come back to life again.. someone that can take charge..and lead them in a positive direction.

Anyone who is dynamic, but at the same time, anti-globalist and fiscally responsible.

Ron Paul, minus a few of his social positions would be my choice.
