I am attempting to get Daddy set up with a dr, now he has health insurance, Yes, i have his permission to do this, he's greatful i want to help, since it free's him up to focus on other things. I search zocdoc for Dr's in sacramento who're GP's, and they give me listings that are an hour out of town, and then when i search Roseville, none of the dr's listed are accepting new patients, and if they are it's months before they have an appointment. I go to anthem.com/ca, and i try to get them to tell me his user name and password since he forgot it, it keeps saying his user name is .......... and when i go hit reset password the user name THEY TOLD ME IS HIS, comes back as an incorrect user name. It's seriously maddening, and frustrating and if this is how blue cross regularly is, i am so fucking glad i have medical and medicare.
