Yes the website is offline.
According to alexa.com, who tracks internet traffic, there has been no traffic at that website for 3 months.

Are you looking for a BDSM resource center?
An old acquaintance of mine runs : DomsubFriends.com
It's a nice site with some nation wise resources.

Many of the nationwide leather organizations have a resource center on their webs.

Yes, trying to find more info on any local groups. Which has so far not netted me much. Since this website (bdsmresourceguide) was on the FAQ figured I'd look it up.

Have you tried Fet for your area? They are reportedly the most comprehensive for finding local gatherings and events.

Yep, signed up there a couple weeks ago. They had a few events listed, but mostly gatherings at bars.

Found more interesting links on DomSubFriends that have potential. I'll be meeting up with a couple groups next month, will see how it goes (Thanks ResidentSadist![:D]).
