I enjoy puppy play very much, however, there don't seem to be many dominant women who do? Why is that? If any of you do, how did you find a submissive who wants to incorporate this type of play into their D/s relationship?

Define your version of "puppy play".
I find that those who have a clear understanding of what they are seeking make the best partners. Some people have different personal meanings for commonly known and used phrases, so its best to be as honest and clear as possible in what you are seeking.

In answer to your first question, because dominant women are like all other people, individual and unique.  Meaning, the reason that not many like puppy play (if that is indeed true) is that not many of them like puppy play.

I would suspect that the answer to your second question would be, all they have to do is let it be known that they like it and they'll have a pack of hounds at their heels.

I personally enjoy puppy play when it's an element of our relationship.  I don't specifically seek out a pup just for being a pup, although later on down the road when I once again have a primary, that might be considered once again.

Puppies are high maintenance.

I am a beginner to puppy play - only became interested when I got my own dog a year ago...a real dog -with fur all over and paws...
I haven't  'found' a sub for puppy play, but then, I haven't really been looking. I've received email and corresponded with 4 or 5.

I think the disinterest is simply a matter of taste.

What is puppy play?  What does the term mean?

Quite simply, to role play that one is a dog or puppy.
What did you think it meant?

I have been looking for a competion puppy for a long while now ... a human puppy that will like to travel and do puppy competitions like dog shows

I do not always find a puppy high maintanance just like a real pup if trained properly they can be wonderful.

I own a kitty kat now and wish a puppy that I may train

to be honest I just don't find enough ,males or females that want to take it seriously enough to buy the harness and puppy mitts and all required things for puppy competition ...

I just can't see Me purchasing things that would have to be fitted to only one person ...I always purchase the collar ...

soooooo to your answer .... there are woman Dominatrix's that love to own a human pup

I adore puppy play, but it took me forever to find the puppy that I wanted to adopt. Now I have. Personally, I'm not interested in competition, though, more the entertainment, energy, and puppy affection. [:)]

Well....I'm curious. Does your puppy do any neat tricks with a frisbee? [8|]
