Mistress! I am new to FetLife and to this community as a whole. I have had submissive feelings my entire life but have never acted upon them. I am now ready to take the journey into submission, but am not sure how to start. I do not know my limits, whether I want to become a sub or a slave, or even where to begin. I have always been awed by hypnosis and mind control and thought this might be a good stepping stone. Do you do hypnotize through the internet or could you please guide me to a way to learn and therefore live this lifestyle. Thank you for any consideration Mistress.

There will be those who feel differently, but I do not agree with hypnosis being a good stepping stone into BDSM. It is, in my mind, more along the intermediate-to-advanced level. One's introduction into living BDSM should be with eyes and ears wide open, all senses receptive, and feet firmly on the ground, making conscious choices of consent every step of the way until you know and trust yourself well enough to start to say with confidence what you like, what you don't, WHY, and what you are able to offer, and what you are looking for. But that's my personal philosophy.

On hypnosis itself, different people respond differently to it. Your reaction to hypnosis may not be what you expect, it almost certainly would not be like the Vegas magician shows where a bunch of people go on stage and are suddenly squawking and yowling like ducks and dogs. It is unrealistic to expect a stranger to "hypnotise you" and reprogramme your mind and habits completely from there. In most cases, an established relationship of trust is required to even put the subject into a hypnotic state, and this is even more true for "mind control"; the trick of it though is hypnosis only puts you in a more relaxed and receptive frame of mind and cannot be expected to work when used to direct you in ways you would consciously or subconsciously reject.

Hello there makembeg, that is a very interesting subject. And, NO! Hypnotism can not be preformed thru the internet. It is a very private one on one thing that happens, and not every Mistress knows this technique. I have been a practicing Wican and have studied many different types of religions. Goddess magic, and I have some innate ability, so I have been told to hypnotise my slaves/subs into complete devotion. But, truly you will be able to figure out what you need, it's fining the right Mistress to help you learn that is the first real step, is having the courage to do that part on your own.

Very very few Mistresses have studied or know anything about hypnosis techniques. Please try to understand. Most Mistresses would prefer that you obey out of your deep desire to be submissive. The use of some sort of artificial technique to "force" your obedience in some way makes the submission less and the Mistresses pleasure in your obedience less. On the other hand, hypnosis can be an added dimention to those few who enjoy it.
