I understand that many cross dressers and sissies don't see it as a kink. They see the dressing up as part of their identity, the way some people are dominant or gay. They are "sissy." I suspect OP has found top-types who consider sissification a kink, not a state of being. For them to see a sissy saying "this is important - it must always be there" rings out like a bottom into electrical play saying there must always be a current running through me. The top-type would think "No, Toots - I make that decision. I'll choose when to electrocute you and I'll choose when to doll you up."
