The Future of Transportation??

I know one thing for sure.....you will never look at the drive-in bank transports the same way again....lol

wow wow wow i never imagined something like that, yet so simple and in use on micro scale. i wonder what the energy consumption is for those vacuum tubes. but more importantly, do they have private cars with little holes for servicing needs, if u get my drift (pun intended).

Travel the world in 6 hours, though I wonder how much of the world you will actually get to see at those speeds.

You wouldn't see any of it. You'd be in an airtight capsule traveling in a vacuum tunnel. The only reasonable way to even try building one of these would be deep underground.

Very interesting but it seems a little too perfect to be true - maybe it will be less ideal when applied in the real world? Also the point about construction cost being a 1/4 of the cost of building roadway seems a bit puzzling...
