I would have to vote for Florida and California as having the worse drivers. I have lived from coast to coast and in my opinion Florida is the worse. Older people come to Florida in the winter from all over th U.S., get in the left hand lane and stay there forever.

California people think if they turn on their turn signals they have the right to move over into a lane whether anything is coming or not.

Next would be Columbus, Ohio drivers, I used to go to Columbus after a snowfall just to watch the drivers there, they were hilarious.

This post should piss a lot of people off :)

I've no idea (which is why I ask) but don't insurance agents use something similar to figure premium costs?
