my society would ofcourse be a dictatorship although once in place i would stand down and allow a suitable female to rule, all will be tolerated except those who dont tolerated others...these shall be placed on an island and nuked

So. . . how are you planning to let any other sentient species in the universe know that you are now their ruler?
