But you got to admit "newbies" or "noobs" do get kicked around a lot. For someone like me who loves a good debate it is fine. But that is my nature. But some don't and don't stick around to find things out. <snip>

So give the young one a break....

You know, I never did understand this. These bitches don't treat newbies any worse than the way they treat the rest of us. Every one of the forum regulars could - I bet - tick off a list of times they were slammed even after they became regulars. When someone is new, people do tend to show a smidgin more restraint in my observation. You don't want to have adults talk to you in an adult manner - including telling you when your ass is showing - go take your ball and play at another park.

I'm sitting here thinking about being called racist because I believe culture has an influence on people's personalities. I'm thinking of the time we were called mentally insufficient if we didn't play at a kinkier level than the OP. I'm thinking of the time I called out someone for playing on the emotions of the people here - like we were all idiots - and then I got slammed by the regulars for pointing it out.

Act like an adult, you get treated like an adult. Communication - warts and all. Act like a jerk, you get treated like a jerk.

And y'all know I use "bitches" in the most affectionate of way. [:)]

its a question that has made me curious many times, what if....someone who was undisputed ruler of the universe was also a slave, surely they would not be a ruler but merely the person that rules them be the ruler

The answer to your question depends on the answer to mine. Can this particular slave rule themselves? Are they autonomous, and able to handle their own affairs?

Those traits do typically fall on slaves. A person like that would not be a slave( possibly as their legal status). No matter if you had an army to keep them chained.

Yes, a natural slave, provided ascension has occurred, can rule an empire. However, they may indeed be a puppet of their master, if they have one.

Their handicap, though, is that natural slaves, especially ascended ones, are advocates of peace - and that is a characteristic that a leader had better lack.

I sometimes think it unfair that most male subs are labelled as needy and whiney. Then I read a thread like this and it makes sense again. [8|]

Hon...not all males are this way....some of us only need full time attention while we're awake.

Ok....I get your point. I can tick off the times I was slammed too. So I understand that as well. Like I said you develop a thick skin online as well as real life.

You <snipped> me off right before I also said. "That's not no ones fault because it is entertainment and also informing."

I don't agree with that I stick with they are harder on "newbies". No skin off my back though. Such is the way of the world. Just bring down the number of people that might become regulars. Might even lead to more and better discussions. Just food for thought.

I like the forums here, and the frank way people put things. So I have no problem with it. But I will give credit where credit is due. He did act like an adult. They fed into it and fell into his trap. Showed them for the jerks they can be. The young one turned the tables, and made some of them mad. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Tickled me to no ends with the way he did it. So like I said no harm done and why get mad about it. Just gives them something to think about when they decide to gun for a newbie.

You even acknowledged it in your response. All I am saying is give them a chance to settle in then kick them all you want. They just might stay once they get a chance to see how it is.

I'm just saying.
