the approach you describe squeeezing the penis tip at the point of ejaculation and allow some cumming, is a form of ruined orgasm. if the male ejaculates without continued stimulation to the penis, it is very frustrating since the peak pleasure will not occur.

I admit I've been fascinated by the idea of the various forms of 'milking' to cause ejaculation without orgasm. It just seems like it would be a particularly humiliating way to deny pleasure.
