Most of the women I work with could likely pin you without breaking a sweat: you don't come across as physically challenging. On the other hand, many of the best SF pers I've had the privilege of working with didn't fit the Hollywood image of "big & strong." Lean, skinny even.
"Wiry" comes to mind as a good description. So maybe you could pin chicks who are bigger and maybe stronger looking than you. Power-to-weight is important and to from what I've read, the female of this species has the advantage there.
Sprawling? Yeah great, right up until you realize it exposes the soft spot at the base of your skull, a taboo target in MMA & UFC but the single best spot for a knockout blow in Muay Thai. Go ahead and sprawl, you'll be in the right position for a nap when my descending elbow puts you to sleep.
