I use Google Chrome for graphic heavy sites including Facebook and their games. I installed the Zynga toolbar and it's been causing Chrome to crash and stall frequently. I can't figure out how to uninstall the toolbar. I tried uninstallng and reinstalling Chrome but that app is still there.

Any help would be appreciated and if you phrased it in a form a five year old could understand.. I'd appreciate it greatly!

Oh, this is for a laptop running Vista. Not sure if that makes a difference and will answer any question I can about the system if it will help (the odds of me knowing the answer is another story though!)

I know how to turn on my computer and where the start button is so just take it from there!

Try this, Bita, and see if you find the toolbar here.
Click on Start - Go to Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs.
If it's in there, simply highlight it, or right click, and choose delete or uninstall.
I hope it helps!

This isn't going to help but don't phrase it the form a 5 year old could understand, the little buggers are way ahead of us tech wise bita! It needs to be phrased with words that were in dictionaries over 20 years old

Another option is to go to your Tools (way up top where it says Files Edit. etc)
then scroll to where it says Manage Add Ons, find the sucker, and annihilate it.

Good point! My three year old grandson tried to teach me me how run the iPad and play Angry Birds - still not graduated on that one yet and he kicks my ass at that game anyway. I kill him in chess though! lol

For Chrome:
In the Google Chrome browser, go to chrome://extensions/
Find Zynga in the list
Click Uninstall

If it doesn't work visit the Zynga Community Toolbar's download page and reinstall the toolbar.
Restart your computer
Uninstall the toolbar again

..or neva mind..
