Status: offline 		The FBI had to take over the garbage business. Not many people know this, but the Mafia (known within the inner government as the Crime and Control Bureau, which is a sister unit to the Federal Bureau of Investigations) lost that rich franchise...because the CCB wasn’t doing a good job of it.

After all, the Crime and Control Bureau only used the “wealth” index as denominated against the “accessibility to blackmail” factor when they studied your garbage. This is a poor use of infinitely well-mined information. When our branch of the FBI sifts through your garbage, subjecting the data to post-doctoral analysis, we know everything that’s going on in your house, not just how rich or vulnerable you are.

Why did we take over the garbage business? Our government has more immediate and overriding concerns for this data, most of it having to do with how much of a criminal you are and how much longer you can be allowed “to be yourself” before you need "to be thrown into a cell.”

Status: offline 		This thread was relegated to the doldrums of page four (with a mere four views) due probably to the OP's "[awaiting approval]" status so I thought it deserved a bump to page one for a bit of a laugh! My own view is that the story is so preposterous it might just work. In fact it might become a modern classic for the tin-foil Alex-Jones Koolaid Brigade...

Seriously though... it's not exactly secret that the Mafia owns the garbage business as in Waste Management Corp.
The FBI part might just mean your foil's too tight.
But since this a 'movie idea' try same plot with reptilian aliens... There's a reason the Sapranos is done for and it ain't cause hollywood's 'ascared' of em
