murmur -> *love is in the air* (6/5/2006 8:39:56 AM)

Just a little note and a lil *thanks* to all of you who made me laugh so hard reading you...
i mean...once in a while, a little *beating on each other* is fun, but nowadays? it seems to get popular.
and mostly...online? LOL
i dont know what's in the air...must be love [:D]

we're here to learn or not? let peace get around here a lil bit, shall we? ;)

becca333 -> RE: *love is in the air* (6/5/2006 8:45:43 AM)

*Stands back to watch the flaming begin.*

OhBeMyMind -> RE: *love is in the air* (6/5/2006 8:51:03 AM)

Everyone sing along......

~Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me~

becca333 -> RE: *love is in the air* (6/5/2006 8:51:28 AM)

Actually, the usual pattern is:

OP
First response - on topic.
Second response - on topic with some editorialising
Next post - takes issue with a single line in the second response
Then..
* Rebuttal of objection
* New poster restates second response
* List of similar threads
* Response to OP
* Rebuttal
* Stray flame that nobody can understand
* Episode from the poster's past, no connection to topic
* Flame
* Reflame
* Right back at you flame
* Call for return to topic
* Post on topic
* Rebuttal
* Brief post on topic then flame at the end
.... and repeat endlessly.

Which proves your point, of course.

missturbation -> RE: *love is in the air* (6/5/2006 9:11:58 AM)

Life would be pretty dull if we all agreed all the time.

becca333 -> RE: *love is in the air* (6/5/2006 9:22:47 AM)

You're right - and this place is NEVER dull!

But there's a lot of fellow-feeling, support and fun here, too.

I'll plant a tree for you - something fast-growing. How long can you hold it?

becca333 -> RE: *love is in the air* (6/5/2006 9:32:06 AM)

Ok, maybe I should have phrased that question a bit better.

*Spews drink!* Damn that was funny! [:D]

I don't notice a big problem around here, but then I don't go into big, long controversial threads either. [&:]

You are a decrescendo type murmur, grade II/VI,  heard best at the lower left, sternal border, but I really have no idea what you are saying.

You have to wait until you have enough toilet paper to make it back into a tree.

CERCKL -> RE: *love is in the air* (6/5/2006 11:56:40 PM)

Do we get to talk about monkeys?
