I've been called both and i'll accept either. I've had the same Dominant/Top call me both sub and slave in the same day. depends what we're doing etc. Plus i've found Dominants that i've been involved with will name me what they wish anyway.
But if someone insists on telling me what i am, i tend to delete, ignore and as a last resort block. If i'm feeling irritated that day anyway, i tend to tell them off , that ofcouse makes me not a "true sub" lmao [:D]
Really it's up to you to decide whether or not you'll answer to a label given to you or if you'll stand up and say look my name is *x* and that is how i'd like to be addressed until such a time arrises that you may call me something else.
