I don't know about that Lucy... I would suppose it's ENTIRELY POSSIBLE, that the Koch Brothers have 'diversified' into the marijuana market. It DOES have the one feature they find most appealing in a business... IT'S CLANDESTINE.

The headline should read Bankers Accept Taxpayers' Money From Congressmen.

Yeah, unless you wanted the headline to be in CONTEXT with the body of the article[:D][:D]

Nah, there actually was a real grassroots movement for the Tea Party...it just didn't survive long after the Politicians saw it starting to gain momentum and jumping on the bandwagon calling themselves "Tea Party" while ignoring what the Tea Party stood for.

If you want to talk about Obama, start a topic about it.

THIS topic is: RE: Tea Party Congressmen Accept Cash From Bailed Out Bankers

This "topic" is HYPOCRISY -- i.e., claiming not to accept Wall Street money, but then doing so.  If you can't digest that it happens on BOTH sides of the political fence (and especially with the IDIOT in the Oval Office), then gather a group in your living room of everyone who THINKS JUST LIKE YOU and shout your frustrations to the wind instead of visiting a PUBLIC forum where... GASP... an OPPOSING view might find its way to your computer screen. [8|]

No, it is not:

RE: Tea Party Congressmen Accept Cash From Bailed Out Bankers

there is the topic.  so comprehension still deficient, facts still deficient, citations still deficient, and logic and reasoning non-extant.

Vacation was not a working one, I take it?

MasterSlaveLA -> RE: Tea Party Congressmen Accept Cash From Bailed Out Bankers (5/2/2012 2:40:27 PM)

Yes... it is.

Might wanna join your pal's "Lib-Only Bash-Brunch"... that way you don't have to see/hear any opposing views -- and can completely remove yourself from reality. [8|]

mnottertail -> RE: Tea Party Congressmen Accept Cash From Bailed Out Bankers (5/2/2012 2:41:46 PM)

well, there isnt really alot of opposite views that are factual and reasoned. so unless you got something like that, yeah.......phone it in.

MasterSlaveLA -> RE: Tea Party Congressmen Accept Cash From Bailed Out Bankers (5/2/2012 3:00:22 PM)

Feel free to contact the New York Times to "phone in" your complaint against their reporter, Eric Lichtblau, for spreading lies about the hypocritical dufus in the Oval Office -- and do let us know how that works out for ya. k'thanx. [8|]

It was gone inside 30 days... Seconds after the Koch Brothers realized that all they need do is fake a rally announcement, then hire up some buses.

So anyway, back on topic. Up here in Massachusetts, we have Scott brown who slipped in as US Senator under the wire because of a rather poor job of selecting a candidate from the democratic side to replace Ted Kennedy.
Scotty ran as an "implied independent" and a "tea party" candidate. Yet the money that got him there was from very ingrained republicans and essentially, the FINANCIAL INVENTORS of the tea party, the Koch Bros. And when he wanted to begin his bid for election to the office on a permanent basis, he went straight to the denizens of the deep right wing and also now has heavy financing from Karl Rove's Circus of Evil [>:]

Yeah ... it's all innocent and totally tit for tat ... that's why when they have their funding meetings they need to do it in secrecy and hire THIS LEVEL OF SECURITY TO KEEP THE PUBLIC FROM FINDING OUTTHIS LEVEL OF SECURITY TO KEEP THE PUBLIC FROM FINDING OUT... And of course, when they public finds out and reacts, THEY are the poor and downtrodden victims.[:o]

I heard Browny's 22 yr. old daughter is still getting health insurance via his insurance; in essence through the very health care reform law he wants to repeal.
