Well, I see the furry as a completely different fetish than puppy/dog slaves. Most of the people I know who are furries identify with and believe they are truly a certain type of animal inside. Almost none of the people I know are really into BDSM - the fetish for them is dressing as the animal and for a few doing BDSM acts...but the fetsih is all about the costume and the animal. Whereas a puppy/dog slave is someone who is very into BDSM to begin with and identifies and like to be treated as the Master or Mistress' pet. Some like to dress the part, some do not...it depends on each person. But all of the ones I know (about 15 or so) have and are into other fetishes involved in BDSM like spanking, bondage, foot fetish etc. This goes along with pony boys and girls as well. To Wolfiedog, Saint and all of the other puppy/dog slave minded people - here is a link to a Dear Friend's page. She has been in this lifestyle for a long time and is also a puppy slave. I started a site that embraced ALL ARP'ers - ALL species. Basically I've been around for a while, and it always shocked me that even after years of digging I really dodn;t find any site that not only spoke about ALL species, but also embraced them regardless of gender, role identification, sexual preferences, or resource links for all the above. So I created one. Feel free to visit, if you like - it is a bit sparse, mostly because I am not an author, and I am hoping that one day we will be able to have the members and others that do ARP to allow us to post articles or essays on their experiences and thoughts on ARP and incorporating it into their real lives and their relationships. The resource links are fairly well flushed out. The forums are mildy active. Sadly, I had to remove the Library and the member's Gallery, due to the censorship running rampant these days. It's a fairly friendly place though and I find the members there to be welcoming and warm. www.HumanFauna.com You and any other ARP'ers or those wishing to know more about it from those that practice or enjoy it are welcome there. It does require registration to access the entire site - but it is and will forever remain FREE as it is about education, community, and furthering understanding of ARP and those that enjoy it.

lucky will just agree with what others have said: a Mistress is more apt to like puppy play or any other particular thing if it is an enjoyable experience and not a burden to Her. Being in puppy mode makes lucky more limited in service too. Nonetheless, just last week lucky's owner went with puppy play, feeding lucky from a bowl on the floor (hands tied behind), allowed only to make dog sounds, etc. She likes lucky to kneel like a puppy and nuzzle Her legs as She works at the computer for a long time, and will let even let lucky initiate this. It is easy and enjoyable to Her. On the other hand, lucky's owner once talked about walking lucky on a leash to one of Her trees when nature called, but has never actually done this as, in fact, it is a bother. lucky's fetish is variety and being open to a bit of puppy play, or most any other play, leaves the control in this sub's Owner's hands, where it belongs best for both. If lucky were to press for full-out puppy roles, it would be topping from the bottom.
