SternSkipper -> Newt Gingrich Will.... (5/2/2012 9:36:05 AM)

Be withdrawing his candidacy and apologizing (and if not HE SHOULD) for wasting the time of his fellow Americans when he was a perhaps the most bullshit candidate this side of foster-care and gay-cure scam artist Michel Bachmann.

His apology will air on CSPAN at 3pm EST today.

Hillwilliam -> RE: Newt Gingrich Will.... (5/2/2012 9:41:03 AM)

He owes 4 Million dollars to his staffers in back pay and to numerous small businessmen for work done on the campaign.

This is the guy who was going to fix everything. I wonder how many small businessmen will go under because of uncollected accounts recievable?

I wonder if he is headed to Tiffany's to buy Callista some more bling? [8|]

DarkSteven -> RE: Newt Gingrich Will.... (5/2/2012 9:46:45 AM)

"To the moon, Callista! To the moon!"

Why,.. considering how over the years, he cheated on his wives and dumped one when she got sick, would staffers and small businessmen expect different treatment from him than the wives got? [8|]

Please explain the natural law which precludes a sense of humor.

Not paying staffers is a NATIONAL PASTIME for US political candidates. I'm owed for 3 websites, some pretty sweet twitter work, and a facebook presence... I doubt I'll see a dime... However, with that said "manager" of anything in a US Senate campaign doesn't look that bad on a resume either.
I would have worked for Newt but he wouldn't make me a moon man cause he likes to hog all the norwegian looking blondes.[:D]

In ANY political campaign, if you aren't placed on a payroll day one, you realistically have to look at it as a resume enhancement. I kind of doubt they really think they will be paid at this point.

Willard and the RNC said they will help him pay off the debt as he continues his book tour, which is all it ever was

And of course the next "How I gave all Americans a hand job ... but not to completion" ... The next installment of his autobiography.

I wonder was this is a dummy run, a quasi toe-dipping exercise to also get the shit about the past out of the way for 2016?

mnottertail -> RE: Newt Gingrich Will.... (5/2/2012 10:58:43 AM)

His shit will be in the way until he is taking dirt naps in stiffyville.

I TOTALLY think these all were dummy runs as you put it. Hence my call for an apology for pulling our chains... In fact, I want apologies from all of em.
And to think this is all simply an effort to make Romney look like he can win something/anything before he got laughed out of the general election by the rank and file GOP who will now vote for him as if Sirhan Sirhan's famous hypno coin was waved in front of them.

You're right. Newt is like the homeless guy in the Bush/Cheney T shirt in Park station who yells the Obama conspiracy shit at commuters. Except he doesn't go away when you hand him a buck.

Or so they'll say when he takes over doing late night "Extenze" ads for Jimmy Johnson[:D]

All except Ron Paul, I reckon he's under the influence of that '68 vintage shekel that found its way to California...

Quite probably but with all the shit aired and outed a few years earlier, and keeping his ambitions to run public for a few years, a lof of it would be sort of off the boil by 2016.

Very Close...
Ron Paul's very first signs of exhibiting Presidential aspirations became apparent in the july or august edition of High Times in about 1974.

need I say more?

SternSkipper -> RE: Newt Gingrich Will.... (5/2/2012 12:29:00 PM)

I am listening to this fucking windbag try and make his 'dent' or whatever. This is apparently in lieu of the previously promised 15 minutes of podium time at the convention that he was told he didn't have a prayer of getting earlier this week.
