Sort of similar, but it all depends on how it's done. With a careful man, it needn't hurt at all. With a less than careful or deliberately sadistic guy, it's much, much worse. ( Bad constipation Exorcist style. )

This far in and no one's stated the obvious?

If you want to know what having something penis shaped up a bum feels like. You'll instantly learn more buying something penis shaped from a reputable sex shop and sticking it up your own bum, than you will asking other people to describe it. [:D]

Dry anal sucks, the rectum skin is thin and can be rubbed raw. Anal chafe is only funny for other people.
Don't believe the porn film "spit and shove" method. Before the shoot, they'll have a shit and insert lube suppositories. If they're really serious about keeping things squeaky clean, then also laxatives and enemas.

Make sure whatever it is, is T shaped. Since Vagina's are less than half a foot long. While the anus, rectum and intestine combined are something forty feet long, so anything smooth, pushed totally into it, might be gone a while. Double dildos need an anchor point in the middle for this reason.

Well, if you want to skip it being mentioned in post ten, I suppose not.  [8D][8D][8D]

Whoops, my apologies

I shall think about my mistake the next time I make an Irish toast [:D] May it be from a shotglass and not a yardglass [:D]

I would like to understand what the recipient is feeling so, yes, I am asking what unlubricated anal sex feels like.

Painful and probably at least a little bloody.

We don't use lube. It doesn't hurt and there's no blood. While I'm a strong advocate for lube, not everyone needs it [:D]

Lucky. :P

We don't either and.... I'm glad he doesn't want to do it very often. There's only a little blood, but seeing it still freaks me out a little. It's definitely not something I'd recommend to people new to anal.

Does spit count as lube? Lube makes things go way quicker than my body can adjust too and cause extreme pain. Pass on the lube here

Not a fan of lube either. However, as a masochist I've had Tabasco sauce used in place of lube.

The best lube for anal is that thick, sticky goo that coats a cock during a good throatfuck....

Saliva and stomach bile are both runny and slippery. If your throat is discharging a thick sticky fluid see a doctor immediately, you may have an STI.

Colon condition is going to be important, as is mental attitude - that you have pain with large BM's indicates dehydration to me, hydrate more, and sugar (ingested) will draw more water into the colon.

You can get used to anything, but yes, anal sex is in some ways, a lot like taking a shit, the same autonomic reflexes are involved to some extent, and medically speaking, it isn't, or shouldn't be, any more harmful than taking a big shit - if you're the catcher her, I hope you've chosen your pitcher carefully though, there will be some discomfort probably, but in your case, lube and lots of it, is definitely called for, and some stroking to get you in the right space mentally would also be a good idea.

Otherwise, you sphincter, after a short time, should relax like it does during and just after a BM, if it doesn't, you may have a slight medical issue: relaxin is a hormone that makes muscles more flexible and allows them to relax, and low relaxin levels can affect that - the treatment is lots of orgasms, no help for it. [:D] Otherwise, just playing with the sphincter a bit, rubbing it, etc., usually helps a person relax, but even most people who like anal, don't usually do it cold - for most people (not masochistic), it helps if there is a lot of upfront stimulation first, even a orgasm or two before heading to the back room.
'
Although, as I say, it's not hugely different than a BM, it's very different psychologically, and people who like it usually love it, people who don't like it, usually hate it. It stimulates the prostate in men, the vagus nerve in women, which causes a sensation of "fullness", and it's interconnected with the clitoral ganglia as well, and there are actually more nerve ending in the colon, whereas they are concentrated around the outside of the vagina, and a lot of women report enjoying the fact that they can really feel the entire length of the penis inside of them, rather than just the stretching sensation of the vulva and pressure on the clitoris.

I would suggest doing a bit of exploration on your own, to learn your own responses, let you fingers do the walking, maybe right after a BM, you can use gloves, and you might try and enema (using normal saline) to get used to the sensation.

I once knew a couple that were into this, it was tempting, but I just can't get into it with guys.

Hehehehe, not quite [:D]

You know how Men's penises come in different sizes, and also swell when aroused?

Womens clitoral nerves are also sized differently and swell when aroused too.

Here's a picture of an erect clit
http://mosex.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/picture-5.png
http://mosex.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/picture-9.png

And so depending on the clitoral nerve length, some nerves are squeezable by anus expansion even when flaccid, others only when aroused, some not at all.

So....

Any one size fits all, anal sex advice to women has the slight flaw, that the critically important and invisible, anus/clitoral nerve gap size is the key factor

Any woman whose gene's have given her a short clit, even top heavy above the urethra, just won't get any direct erogenous benefit to anal play

A long clit should get an erogenous benefit to anal.

And any woman who's clit's in the middle, will like anal when her clits engorged and not like it other times. But depending on her taboo's and her friends peer pressure, anal enjoyment may be a turn off, causing shrinkage and start a cycle of lack of enjoyment causing a lack of arousal, causing....
Unless she's from a culture where "up the bum, no babies" is the official contraception and vag virginity is key. In which case the taboos and peer pressure work the other way

I hope this illuminates this little area and makes anal sex with women seem less complicated [:D]

xssve -> RE: New to kink: Wonder if a squicky question about anal bondage is appropriate? (5/9/2012 7:26:41 AM)

Well the vagus nerve is quite extensive, it extends from the pelvic are all the way up the neck, it's really the original nervous system and entirely separate from the spinal chord - the vaginal nerves appear to connected into it, because even paraplegics appear to be capable of orgasm, although they can't feel it.

The clitoris itself is as large as a penis extends down either side of the vulva and all the way back to the cervix, although it appears to vary somewhat in development from women to woman - the "deep spot", the rectouterine pouch, a largish vagus ganglia, has been likened to the prostrate in men, and is located in the wall between the anal cavity and the vaginal cavity, and thought to be implicated in the assgasm.
