This is an I admit of sorts but it fits better here.

Hormones drive me to snarkiness or make me more prone to bitchiness, which leads to snark.

Some posters find it very funny.

I don't know how I feel about it.

I still try to be nice... well, not hurtful anyway.

OP, i understand the need to rant, and sometimes, it's good.

but if you're really taking this that so seriously, that it really gets you very upset, then there's other things probably going on, and i humbly suggest you take a few steps back and re-evalutate why things are making you so mad. this doesn't sound like a healthy dynamic.

unfortunately, calamitysandra must have read my mind, because my rant is well expressed in hers. calamitysandra, i'm not sure if you meant in the BDSM context, but that's the context i would mean, so i added that word in bold below.
