Of course this site has a ban list. It's my understanding the list contains those who have repeatedly violated the TOS of the site. This is standard procedure for any forum or even chat room that wishes to retain some control over those who violate the TOS. Try putting a blog (on any subject) out there with no controls over who can post to it. Within 2 days it will be a useless blog that no one will read due to the mass amount of spam that has become attached to every entry. A ban list of those who violate TOS does not in any way compare to a name and shame list. JMO, YMMV, yada yada yada

There's a difference between someone being "fake" and someone not being interested in you. Refusing to phone/cam you doesn't make them fake. It means they don't want to phone/cam. The two ladies your profile claims are "fake" both have multiple, non-professional photos, multiple paragraphs written in their profiles, and both vanilla and kink interests listed, while you have no photos, one sentence fragment, and no interests listed. I wouldn't be surprised if you're not the kind of person they're looking for.
