Status: offline 		Personally I find those male parts to be great play toys. I don't want to destroy them and feed them to the dogs. I vote no on your idea of Matriarchy.

The idea I like best was written in a chronicling story by Michael Williams called The Community.

Its big on race (which could easily be changed to gender) and although I am not a race player, I really enjoyed the story Check it out

Cart before the horse perhaps?

I spent nearly 2 decades in the military. Approximately 19 years of that was time spent waiting in line.

I would suggest if you were serious about starting a matriarchal society that you find some like minded souls, chip in and buy a decommissioned Oil Rig in international waters and start a principality (look up the Principality of Sealand)

Personally, if I were to create a patriarchal society where all women were submissive I wouldn't be slicing off any meaty bits or even banning the non-meek. Seriously, what fun would that be?

I'm not voting for a descent into savagery either.

But the idea of a Matriarchy based upon the brutal subjugation of men by women is not only horrid, its unworkable.

The physiological balances do not support the objective.

Status: offline 		I would not build a society centered around either matriarchal or a partriarchal concept (both are flawed). There are simply way to many dumbass people of both sexes in the world. (hey, it's my honest answer).

It's this idea that this (most likely unlived out) fantasy of female superiority, should be everyone else's ideal. Not every man is cut out to be a leader. Not every woman is cut out to be a leader. I have lived and been married into a male dominated relationship for the last 12 years. I understand enough to realize that regardless of how well it suits us, it is not for everybody.

So, I find the blanket assumption that this is all what we're looking for to be offensive.

I would have to say it seems more like a gelding kink than a supremacy thing. Vaguely reminiscent of "Wicked Wanda" (alter ego of Scarlet Witch, up to no good- or way too much good, depending on your preferences- in some author's fantasy), although that was more creative and focused on breasts most of the time. 9000 years of oppression by men without messing with women's bodies and hormones, you'd think a supremacist might credit the idea that it could swing the other way without surgical or chemical interventions. Else, I believe the correct term is "oppressionist", not "supremacist". Which is far more fun than supremacy anyway, whichever way the door swings.

Incidentally, we have continents. There's no reason one can't simply have a class based society instead, and ship people off to the continent that corresponds to their inclination and orientation when they've reached an age where the traits are stable enough to be considered permanent. Let both camps join in on the fun. After all, it's a fantasy. Why not share it?

Actually, try again. I didn't make it through the first time. A few years later I picked it up again, and voila.

While you are reading, think Master, not Prince, that might help.

But really, I am quite serious, it is highly recommended reading.
