Hey if you wanna believe in flying saucers and crystals, be my guess. Go on with your bad self, but don't come here telling me that I'm just not in touch with my emotional self and thats why the chemistry in my head is off balance or the reason I get a cold is because I just don't know who I am.

I just don't understand what your reason for being here is. You don't like bdsm, you say you are not looking to change anyone...so then why paste this? You don't see me coming in here and telling everyone about the things I believe. I don't because I don't think anyone would like me to shove it down their throats.

I'm content with my knowledge and experience, your obv not, the burden is on yourself.

I'm still waiting for the conclusive study that shows EFT is specifically linked to having a success rate in regards to fetishes, rather than anxiety and depression.  I asked on page one what fetishes this has been a proven method in reducing.

That EFT gets rid of fetishes is your position; the burden is on you.

I don't judge anyone in bdsm, I've nothing against people who like bdsm part from some on this thread, i just found eft to be great, like 1000s of others.

But , as I pointed out in an earlier post, there are some "fetishs" that actually help people to do better things with their lives. If they are cured and then no longer are able to do these things how is it of help?

LadyPact -> RE: Emotional freedom technique to get rid of unwanted fetishes (5/16/2012 4:42:49 PM)

Why would people who are happy being kinky want to change that?  This is why the thread is so funny and you seem to be the only one not getting the joke.

If you couldn't handle enjoying kinky desires, I'm sorry for you.  Really, I am, but the other folks here enjoy the heck out of them.  A few nights from now, I'll be at the local (ok, semi-local) dungeon engaging in Sm and I'll be having a blast.  For us, it's fun.  Why would you want to stop people from enjoying themselves or enhancing their sex lives?

I'll say it for the 7th time if people want to keep their fetishes they should.

Illnsay it for the 8th time I don't judge anyone, if people want to keep their fetishes they should, many don't and they should change IMO.

You have now judged LadyPact in the same manner that you judged me. I am just like everyone else and she is to closed minded to try eft. How do you know these things? Have you spoken to me, and everyone else on the planet, before? Have you asked her if she has ever wanted to stop smoking, drop some lbs, or get over her fear of acid spitting kittens? For someone that keeps saying he doesn't judge people you seem to be doing a lot of judging.

You really should use your words more carefully.

littlewonder -> RE: Emotional freedom technique to get rid of unwanted fetishes (5/16/2012 4:49:48 PM)

well all I can say is you obviously do not have a clue what judgment means because that's all you've done here. It's kinda funny though. There' s been a lot of great entertainment on here in just 24 hours lol.

Twenty9male -> RE: Emotional freedom technique to get rid of unwanted fetishes (5/16/2012 4:52:31 PM)

This is just going around in circles , I'm getting if off about 7 or 8 people, so if I say the odd offensive thing your gonna have to put up with that I know there's people on here who agree with me just they don't have the balls to say sadly.

I think I'm the main person to be judged on here, so I you should stop nit picking and cut me a bit of slack if you really are the decent person you make yourself out to be

It really has nothing to do with you judging.  It has much more to do with you being unable to support your claims.  If you weren't still interested in the fetishes (the ones you won't even reveal) you wouldn't keep coming back to CM.  Even with the revolving profiles, I can't imagine there are many women on the site who would find somebody who wants to cure fetishes to be good dating material.  Be happy in your recovery and find a nice vanilla girl who is very interested in making sure that kink will not be in the relationship.

Yes, it is. Off-topic circles. I think we're done here. Unless Alpha is feeling masochistic and decides to re-open it.
